This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application operated by PLÜMERS and its affiliates (as defined below), and any other site or service operated by and redirected to PLÜMERS ("Services"). This Privacy Policy uses the terms "we", "us" and "our" to refer to PLÜMERS or the PLÜMERS mobile application and the terms "you", "your" or "user(s)" to refer to the persons described by the information that PLÜMERS collects and uses, such as customers and affiliates. Please read this document carefully to learn more about how we collect, use, share and protect your information, including information that may describe you personally.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to persons that we do not manage. For example, it does not apply to a seller's use of a buyer's shipping information. All capitalized terms that we use in this Privacy Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the Services.

We operate the commercial platform "PLÜMERS", which allows "Affiliates" :

We operate the business platform "PLÜMERS", which allows customers to :

·         Interact with affiliates

·         To manage their projects

·         Conduct virtual reality tours of their project

·         Benefit from a "Zoom" instant messaging platform for communication, negotiation and file exchange audio, image or pdf document.

·         To follow up on orders

·         To benefit from discount coupons

·         To accumulate loyalty points ...

We collect and use information about users (affiliates) and users (customers) when purchasing and processing orders. We also use this information to find items that we believe will be of interest to purchasers and to find the right price for each item.

By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that we will collect, use and share your information as described in this Privacy Policy. You have a choice whether or not to provide us with information and how we use it. You may choose not to provide us with information, but doing so may prevent you from using the Services or limit your use of certain features of our mobile application. For example, if you do not specify a payment method, you may not be able to make purchases, or if you do not allow us to know your shipping address, we will not be able to deliver to you. See Section 7 for more information about your choices.

We are constantly trying to improve our Services. Therefore, we may need to update this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, in our Services, in our business, or in technological advances. We will notify you of any changes by posting a notice on the Services or by sending you an e-mail. Our use of the information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is used.

If you downloaded the PLÜMERS Application from the Apple App Store, this Agreement incorporates Apple, Inc. terms and conditions of use, including the End User License Agreement for the licensed application contained herein (available at http://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/ca/terms.html ).

If you downloaded the PLÜMERS Application from the Google Play Store, this Agreement incorporates the Google Play Terms of Use (available at https://play.google.com/about/play-terms.html ).

In the event of a dispute between the terms of Apple, Inc. or Google Play's terms of use and the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

Copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights
The content of this application, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, logos, text, images, is the property of PLÜMERS unless otherwise specified. The content of the application is protected under the laws of Canada and other countries around the world and by international treaties. No copyright or other proprietary notices may be removed from the PLÜMERS Exclusive Material. Any use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display or performance of the content of this Mobile Application or its use for public or commercial purposes without the prior express written consent of PLÜMERS is strictly prohibited.

1.      INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

Some of the information we collect is provided by you, such as when you fill out a field or form, some is collected automatically (usually from your devices), and some may be collected from other sources.

1.2 Information you provide

When you use the Services, you provide us with information, such as when you create an account, create your portfolio, create your project, make a purchase, leave a notice, or request customer support. The following are examples of information you may provide:

·         Method of payment or payment account

·         Delivery address or business address, including home addresses

·         Your phone number

·         Social network account login or password

·         Diploma or any certificate of proficiency

·         Additional verification data, including official identification documents

1.3 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, such as when you visit our site or install our application, we automatically collect information about how you use the Services and the devices from which you access the Services. We may also generate information about you, such as an account number. The following are examples of the information we automatically collect:

·         IP address

·         Location Information - general information about your location sent from your computer or handheld device or precise GPS location from your handheld device.

·         Social network account and profile data (when using the social network connection)

·         Unique device identifiers, including MAC address, Ad IDs and device attributes, such as operating system and browser type, and usage patterns.

·         Usage data, such as: web log data, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages and content viewed and the order of those pages, time spent on particular pages, date and time you use our Services, frequency of your use of our Services, error logs and other similar information.

1.4 Analytical, advertising and technical data

We, our service providers or business partners may collect and use various pieces of information in an automated manner to support analysis and advertising operations.

Analytics - We use analytics tools and service providers to better understand how individuals and their devices interact with Services. Google Analytics is a key part of our analytics tools. - How Google uses data when you visit a site or use a partner app.

Cookies and Related Technologies - We and other entities may use cookies, which are text files containing small amounts of information downloaded to your device, or related technologies, such as web beacons, local shared objects and tracking pixels to store or collect information ("Cookies"). Cookies can help us and others learn more about your online activity, including other sites or services. For example, web beacons enable advertising networks to provide auditing, research and aggregate reporting services to both us and advertisers. Web beacons also enable ad networks to deliver targeted advertisements to you when you visit other websites. Because your Web browser must request these advertisements and Web beacons from the ad network servers, these companies may display, modify or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a Web page from their site. We do not have access to Cookies placed or read by advertisers, and this Privacy Policy does not govern the use of these Cookies and related technologies. See the Choice Information in Section 7 for more information.

1.5 Third party links and plug-ins

The Services may contain links to third party websites or applications, which may have different privacy policies from ours. We are not responsible for the practices of those sites/applications.

The Services may also provide you with the ability to interact with plug-ins from social media and other sites, which may enable us or these sites to receive data about you. If you have already provided personal information to a third party operating a plug-in on the Services, that third party may recognize you on the Services. Your use of social networking plug-ins is subject to the privacy policy of each company that operates the plug-in, which may differ from ours. Therefore, please read these policies carefully to understand their rules and your options.

1.6 Other sources

We may collect information, including demographic and statistical data from third parties, such as business partners, marketers, researchers or analysts. We may attribute this information to you based on your assignment to certain statistical groups. We may use this information to supplement other information we collect to determine your potential interests and provide you with more relevant experiences within the Services and to improve our products, analysis and advertising.

2. USE OF INFORMATION AND LEGAL BASIS

2.1 Use

In general, we collect, use and store ("process") your information to provide the Services, repair and improve the Services, develop new services and promote our company, products and services. Here are some specific examples of how we use information:

·         Configure and manage accounts, including identification and authentication

·         Cash out or make a payment

·         Process or facilitate the execution of orders

·         Contact you by email, SMS, push notifications or messaging platform (such as Zoom), including about your account, project management or to promote product lists, features or events.

·         Advertise and market the Services, including by e-mail or other communication channels.

·         Test changes made to the Services and develop new functionalities

·         Analyze the use of the Services and customize content, including ads and pricing

·         Provide support, including answering questions and resolving problems that users and affiliates may encounter with the Services

·         Prevent, detect, investigate and respond to fraud, unauthorized access to or use of the Services, violations of terms and policies, or other misconduct.

·         Comply with the procedures, laws and regulations that apply to us, including those that set data retention periods.

·         We must perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you, for example when we process a payment.

·         It is in our (or a third party's) legitimate interest and your data protection interests and fundamental rights and freedoms do not take precedence over these interests, for example when we secure the Services or engage in fraud prevention and certain direct marketing activities.

·         We must meet a legal or regulatory obligation

·         You have authorized us to use your personal data

2.3 Other Uses - Depersonalized Data

We may take steps to limit or prevent the identification of a particular user or device in data sets, for example, by combining information about many individuals ("aggregation") or by removing or modifying information about each individual. We may use de-identified data to support our research and marketing efforts. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our use of such de-identified information.

3. LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING - UNITED STATES AND ELSEWHERE

The information we collect and use may be processed outside your country or area. When we share personal information with Affiliates or third parties in other countries, we apply appropriate safeguards. For example, data covered by European data protection legislation is generally protected by EU standard clauses.

By using the Services, you :

·         Acknowledge that your personal information will be treated as described in this Privacy Policy; and

·         You consent to the transfer of your personal information to third party sites with which we share such information as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA/INFORMATION

We retain your personal information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is processed or to comply with legal retention requirements. The length of time we retain information depends on the purposes for which it is collected and used or the requirements of applicable laws.

5. INFORMATION SHARING

We may transmit information about you or your use of the Services to the types of recipients described below.

5.2 Service Providers/Agents

We use other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf and we need to share information with them so that they can do their jobs. For example, we may use a payment processing company to receive or process your payments, or we may use a cloud services provider to store data.

5.3 Affiliates

We may share your information with other companies under common ownership or control with PLÜMERS. ("Affiliates"). These Affiliates use your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Where such sharing involves the transfer of personal data outside of Europe, we implement protections, including EU model clauses, to safeguard the data and ensure the lawfulness of the transfer.

5.4 Other uses

Information about affiliates, customers (buyers) is shared in some contexts. For example, information about project types is made available to users and users' opinions about an affiliate are made available to other users of the platform. In addition, when users make a purchase using the Services, we normally share information necessary to complete the purchase, such as shipping address and phone number, with the carrier and its service providers. Information shared with service providers is subject to their own policies.

Certain information in your user profile, including your name, photo, location, items in your shopping cart or sharing of your shopping cart by an affiliate, notices you have written (including photos/videos you upload with such notices), and a list of affiliates you follow or follow you, may be displayed to other users to facilitate your interaction with the Services. Your username may also be displayed to other users if and when you send messages or notices or upload images or videos via the Services; and other users may contact you via messages and notices. Use caution and common sense before sharing personal information in public areas of the Services.

5.5 Advertisers

We may allow advertisers, including affiliates ("Advertisers"), to choose the types of users who will see their listings, advertisements or promotional offers based on common characteristics of a group of users such as similar usage behavior or geographic locations. For example, if you purchase products related to wine, we may show you an offer for a service offering wine or similar products for sale. If an advertiser asks us to serve an ad to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that ad, the advertiser may conclude that you fit the description of the audience it is trying to reach.

5.6 Disposal of businesses

We may choose to buy or sell assets and we may share or transfer user information (including personal information) in connection with evaluating and entering into such transactions. In addition, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we cease operations, go bankrupt or otherwise undergo a change of control, user information may be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

5.7 Legal requirements, protection of "PLÜMERS" and others

We reserve the right to access, read, retain and disclose any information if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with the law or a court order; enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of PLÜMERS, our employees, users or other entities.

5.8 Consent

We may share your personal information using other methods if you have requested or consented to this.

6. SERVICE CHARGE
To ensure the proper functioning of PLÜMERS, service fees are charged when a transaction is made between the customer and the affiliate. That is to say if the customer pays for the service of an affiliate through the PLÜMERS mobile application, transaction fees are automatically applied to said transaction.

The fees applied during transactions between customers and affiliate are 5.99%. Example: for a transaction of $ 1,000 receive PLÜMERS $ 59.90.

THE TRANSACTION FEES RECEIVED BY PLÜMERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

7. PURCHASING & DELIVERY

7.1 Terms of Payment
We accept credit cards, MasterCard, Visa issued by Canadian banks as well as payments made with your "PLÜMERS" loyalty points.

By making your purchase, you :

  1. Accept the terms and conditions and these take precedence over all other terms and conditions;
  2. Accept that the products on the invoice(s) are indeed the desired products;
  3. Affirm that all billing information provided must be true and accurate.

Providing false or inaccurate information is a violation of this Agreement and may result in cancellation of an order. "PLÜMERS" reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed through the same account, using the same credit card, or using the same billing or shipping address. We will notify the customer if such a limit is applied. "PLÜMERS" also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prohibit sales to merchants or resellers. For the purposes of this Agreement, resale is defined as the purchase or intent to purchase products on the "PLÜMERS" platform for the purpose of engaging in the commercial sale of those same products to a third party. Your payment information is transmitted via " Stripe " for authorization. PCI standards will be respected. When you make a purchase on the PLÜMERS Mobile Application, your credit card will be charged in full when you place your order. Federal and provincial taxes are calculated according to the rate in effect at the time of purchase. All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Ownership of all goods sold is retained by " PLÜMERS " until full payment is received. No goods will be shipped until full payment is received.

Transaction security :


"PLÜMERS" uses the "Stripe" payment service when you purchase through "PLÜMERS", the payment page is immediately sent to the "Stripe" verification service, so that "PLÜMERS" will not hold any of your banking information.

All information is processed through a secure encryption system. Although we use industry-standard means to protect our Mobile Application and your personal information. We cannot promise that your use of our Mobile Application will be completely secure. We invite you to exercise caution at all times.

Price :


The prices quoted on this Mobile Application are the selling prices of a product as determined by our suppliers and manufacturers. We regularly review the price list by comparing it to the price list of items offered by other resellers. Most products are displayed with a "black striped" price, the price generally sold on the market, followed by a value, the "PLÜMERS" selling price. For items sold by " PLÜMERS ", we cannot confirm the price of an item until you place your order, due to unpredictable market fluctuations, " PLÜMERS " reserves the right to change the prices of items advertised on its Mobile Application at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be incorrectly priced. If the exact price of the item is higher than the posted price, we may, at our sole discretion, contact you for instructions prior to shipping or cancel your order and notify you. Other merchants may have different practices with respect to items that are incorrectly priced.

Product Descriptions :


"PLÜMERS" attempts to ensure that the information provided on the Mobile Application is as accurate as possible. However, "PLÜMERS" does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of any "PLÜMERS" Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. "PLÜMERS strives to ensure that the content of its Mobile Application is complete and current. However, we do not warrant that it is free of errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to price, product description or availability. In addition, " PLÜMERS " reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders containing an error, inaccuracy or omission, regardless of whether the order has been submitted and/or confirmed. Prices, quantities and color tones are subject to change without initial notice.

Note: Due to the hand-crafted and custom-made nature of most of the unique products sold by "PLÜMERS", it is normal that dimensions, color and finish will vary from one item to another.

In addition, the colors of the products viewed on the application vary from one cell phone, tablet and/or computer screen to another due to the way different monitors and web browsers render colors. As a result, "PLÜMERS" DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY BE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF STOCK, DELIVERY DELAYS, COLORS AND TINES OF A PRODUCT.

7.2 Delivery
Your purchases will normally be delivered to you within 5 to 10 business days. This applies to all orders that are not part of a special order or custom-made product, to the address indicated on your "PLÜMERS" description sheet in Canada only. Be sure to send us a valid and exact address. Therefore, a restocking fee of 30% + shipping fees will be charged. A reference number can be sent to you upon your express request, to allow you to track your order at the address of the carrier you will choose. We strive to send you your purchases quickly. However, unpredictable reasons, such as the weather, the Covid-19 sometimes create shipping delays. "PLÜMERS" cannot guarantee delivery times.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability :

THE LAWS OF SOME JURISDICTIONS, INCLUDING THE QUEBEC CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR THE DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. THE "PLÜMERS" SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED THEREIN OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE "PLÜMERS" SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY "PLÜMERS" ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED OTHERWISE IN WRITING. "PLÜMERS" MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE "PLÜMERS" SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE "PLÜMERS" SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLÜMERS SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, "PLÜMERS" DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). "PLÜMERS" DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE "PLÜMERS" SERVICES, THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE "PLÜMERS" SERVICES, ITS SERVERS, ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS OR E-MAIL FROM THE "PLÜMERS" SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. "PLÜMERS" SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE "PLÜMERS" SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR SERVICES INCLUDED IN ANY "PLÜMERS" SERVICE OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ANY "PLÜMERS" SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE IN WRITING.

8.  PLÜMERS'' LOYALTY POINTS POLICY :

The "PLÜMERS" Reward Program allows its customers to accumulate points in the form of "TRUST POINTS" by purchasing products offered on the "PLÜMERS" application.

Therefore, automatically when you buy a product on the "PLÜMERS" application you start to accumulate "POINTS OF TRUST". Each amount spent on the PLÜMERS mobile application varies according to the different products offered. "PLÜMERS" reserves the right to modify the Credits offered on each product at any time and at its discretion. You have the right to exchange "PLÜMERS FIDELITY POINTS" for discounts on your next purchases on the platform.

Please note that your "PLÜMERS FIDELITY POINTS" balance cannot be exchanged for cash or a cheque or any other conventional means of payment.

 9. RISK OF LOSS :

The risk of loss and ownership of the goods purchased from "PLÜMERS" shall pass to you at the time we hand over the goods to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE :

NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED, an exchange at our sole discretion may be made. Certain conditions and exceptions apply. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, products can only be returned with the consent of "PLÜMERS". Only unused items, in their original condition and packaging, may be returned within 14 days of delivery with their original proof of purchase. A 30% restocking fee will automatically be deducted for standard merchandise returned. Customers are 100% responsible for all actual shipping costs (i.e. delivery and return), regardless of what the customer first paid or did not pay (i.e PLÜMERS FIDELITY POINTS) to have the item(s) delivered. Unauthorized returns or those sent postage prepaid, will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Restocking fees are based on the original price (not including discount offers, coupons code or PLÜMERS FIDELITY POINTS). Please contact us for a return authorization number and instructions before returning any merchandise. Any item returned without a pre-authorization number will not be credited for an exchange. Indicate your return authorization number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package to be returned. There are no authorized returns on (as-is) final sale items.

The items considered as final sale are the following :

  • Items purchased using your PLÜMERS FIDELITY POINTS;
  • Items purchased with a Coupon Code;
  • Items whose original price is crossed out;
  • Items whose selling price is written in gold.

To assist you in the return process, here are some guidelines:

All products must be returned in "like new" condition:

  • The way it was received, in its original packaging and in 100% resaleable condition with no modifications.
  • If the item has been installed, it will be rejected automatically. Returns are inspected at the warehouse upon receipt; if the item is determined to have been installed or used (unless there is a defect), the product may be returned at your expense.

POSTAGE PAID AND INSURED BY THE CUSTOMER. It is strongly recommended to use a reliable support (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, PUROLATOR...) that offers tracking. We also require that you insure the package, you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive to us in their original condition.

EXCEPTIONS: NO RETURNS ON COUNTERTOPS, PRODUCTS ON SPECIAL ORDERS (KITCHEN CABINETS, SPECIAL FAUCETS, HARDWOOD FLOORING) AS WELL AS CERTAIN PRODUCTS FOR HYGIENE REASONS (EXAMPLE (NOT LIMITED TO): TOILET SEATS, VIRTUAL REALITY HELMETS, ETC.).

To return an item write to us at support@plumers.net in order to receive return information by e-mail and or by notification on our mobile application.

Damaged and/or defective items :

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered arrives damaged or defective, please note that the Legal or Supplier/Manufacturer's Warranty applies. Please do not discard the box or any packaging material. Take pictures as proof. Remember to notify us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage / defects. Otherwise, " PLÜMERS " reserves the right to investigate in order to find the true cause of the damage. As far as the damage is concerned, you must inform us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. ALL products are inspected WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS by our suppliers and/or manufacturers before delivery to the customer in order to avoid unpleasant surprises. Digital photos are a great help and necessary to speed up the process. "PLÜMERS" is not responsible for any costs directly or indirectly associated with the defect/breakage of the product(s) (example (not limited to): recall of an electrician to change the fastener).

Missing items :

10.1 Accounts are password protected for your privacy and security. If you access your account through a third party site or service, such as Facebook, you may have additional or different login protections through that third party site or service. We recommend that you choose an appropriate password, protect your password, and limit access to the devices on which you access your account.

10.2 We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the confidentiality of Your Account and personal information that we use or store, but the Internet and our Services are not completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the complete confidentiality or security of any information you provide or that we collect.

11. CHOICE

11.1 Access, review, correction

Through the "Settings" in your account, you can access, modify or delete the information you have provided to us, including :

·         Your User ID

·         Your e-mail address

·         Your physical address

·         Your location

·         Your phone number

·         Your gender

·         Your payment method or payment service provider

·         User profile information, including images and videos you have uploaded to the Services

11.2 Opposition to Marketing Communications

To manage your preferences or if you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you can use one of the following methods.

·         Electronic Promotional Offers: If you do not want to receive emails from us regarding promotions or special offers, you can send us an email at support@plumers.net.

·         Push notifications: When you use the app, you can receive push notifications. If you prefer not to receive push notifications, you can adjust your settings on your mobile device to control the receipt of these alerts.

·         Settings: You may opt-out of receiving certain communications from us by changing your preferences under the "Settings" option of the applicable service.

11.3 Location Information

If you do not want us to see or access the location of your device, you can disable the sharing of this data on your device, change the privacy settings on your device, or refuse to share your location on your browser.

11.4 Cookies and analysis

·         You can disable the tracking of certain web beacons and other cookie-related activity by modifying your browser settings, including the Do Not Track settings.

·         To unsubscribe from Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

o    iOS 7 or later: Go to your Settings > select Privacy > select Advertising > enable the "Limited Ad Tracking" setting.

o    For Android devices with OS 2.2 or later and Google Play services version 4.0 or later: Open your Google Settings application > Ads > Turn off interest-based advertising.

12. Rights

Depending on your place of residence or location, you may have certain rights related to the collection and use of your personal information/data.

12.1 Residents of the EEA

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. For residents of the EU/EEA, where the processing of personal data is based on consent, we will not knowingly engage in such processing for users who have not reached the age of consent established by the applicable data protection law or member countries. 14. DO NOT TRACK

Our Services do not support Do Not Track requests at this time, which means that we collect information about your online activity while you use the Services and after you leave our Services.
